Outside Technician
Alejo Gutters is looking for a dependable, hardworking Outside Technician to join our growing team. You’ll install seamless gutters and downspouts, work safely on residential properties, and deliver high-quality service to our customers. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Gutter or construction experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person. Competitive pay and year-round work available.
Responsibility
- Install seamless gutters, downspouts, and gutter protection systems
- Safely operate ladders and power tools on residential properties
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and office staff
- Work efficiently while delivering high-quality workmanship
Requirements
- Have reliable transportation
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail
- Gutter installation, roofing, siding, or construction experience is preferred but we're willing to train the right person
