Reliable Chimney Chase and Cap Replacement

Alex Javier super professional. Explain everything in detail.

Well Done, Then work was done has scheduled and so far everything looks good. I would recommend your services to others. Thanks

They did siding, roof and gutter work for me. A great one stop shop for people who have a couple of little exterior issues. Everyone I spoke to was professional and kind and the company as a whole was prompt and reasonably priced. I had an estimator out the day after I first inquired and if it had fit my scheduled they would’ve been able to do the work two days later! When we did schedule the work they were right on time, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. I’ll be recommending them for sure!

Great Service.Personal and Professional.

If you’re in Raleigh, and need a reliable roofer, I highly recommend ALEJO Gutters! They were prompt, competitively priced, and very unobtrusive to the rest of our life. They worked with our insurance company to progress our claim quickly, and we are going on to have them replace our gutters now!

The gutter and siding replacement, along with the carpentry repairs, exceeded our expectations. Alejo Gutters LLC was professional, thorough, and took the time to get the job done right the first time. The quality of the work is outstanding, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs home repairs.

Good job done quickly. Will definitely use them again

Dani and his team did a wonderful job for us. They removed 3 windows and the entire dining room exterior wall to remove rotted wood. They rebuilt everything back to original (actually better than original) condition and replaced all the trim, sheet rock and also painted everything. In addition Dani’s crew located the source of the leak on the roof and completely restored that as well. Dani and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Alejo!!

Competitive pricing, quick response for both quoting the job and scheduling the work, communicated well, and worked efficiently when on site. I would be happy to use Alejo Gutters for future projects!

The entire front dormer was removed and replaced with new wood throughout all designated areas. It needed to be replaced down to the structural beams due to wood rot. Alejo was on time and professional throughout the week long process. They were great at communicating as the job went on and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy (I'm not easy to work with!). I have zero complaints and I believe the price ass fair. I highly recommend them and will use them again when needed.

Very prompt. Friendly and efficient team. High quality work repairing gap between the house and chimney

Responsive and efficient. Would hire again

Javier and Alex were awesome. They had all of our gutters clean in about 20 minutes and talked through what they saw while on the roof. Overall good experience

A rep came to my door offering gutter cleaning and I jumped on the chance because mine were in serious need. He was personable and professional. Employees showed up as expected the following day to do the service, and again, both of these guys were great! It was quick, professional and they even cleaned up the area around the home by blowing the debris that came from the gutters to the back of the yard, not leaving it piled around my home. Will definitely hire Alejo Gutters again!

Great service! What I love the most is that they keep it simple and always make availability when you need them. Very detailed with the service they provide and I will continue to use them for my home! Thank you guys for all you do!

Quick but professionally done service

They were very professional and very kind. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I will recommend and hire them for my other 2 projects.

Fantastic service - could not have been better!

Super service by Alex and Javier! Great communication, prompt attention to detail, and took exceptional care of my property.

Outstanding work.

I'm very pleased with the professional job and service that Alejo Gutters provided. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Fantastic experience. Great communication throughout the process. Highly recommend

Kevin and the Alejo crews just finished a multi-faceted project at my home involving replacing aged and separated flashing elements, and sloped sun room rolled roofing as well as numerous areas of soffit and facia decay and damage adjacent to, behind or below existing gutters in all areas of the home. Existing gutters were removed and then replaced after repairs were completed, with minor corrections or repairs included on the existing gutters where needed. Repair work on the home was detailed and carefully completed, with quality materials, painted as replaced and with superlative workmanship in all aspects. They further added new gutters and a well designed gutter guard element on an accessory building, which helped with long term drainage and deck splatter issues. Another note of importance to me, the quote was impressive in itself due to the clarity and detail and number of options provided. Kevin and all staff members where professional and courteous at all times, and pleasantly meticulous in site cleaning. The investigation prior to the quote being offered was complete and thorough, resulting in absolutely no efforts or pressure to up sell "surprise" discoveries once the work had begun. Excellent experience - thank you . . .

Very pleased every time we have used Alejo Gutters

Alejandro Gutters Company did a great job. They were professional and cleaned up after. I would make a suggestion to other's to use their services.

Professional, fast, and easy! Avoid blockage and flooding at fascia and eaves. Recommended service and provider!

The team at Alejo was fantastic! We had major damage to our soffits, fascia and sub-fascia that needed repair across our entire home. The team was thorough, explained everything clearly, and worked quickly to fix the problem. They made sure to review any changes to the scope of work with me before moving forward, and were onsite at the end of every day doing a walk through to ensure the work was completed. Highly recommend for any gutter, soffit, or roofing needs!

We’re very pleased with Alejo Gutters. Very thorough with the gutter cleaning, cleared the drains under the downspouts-past companies did not do that. They installed a gutter guard on one gutter that frequently clogs. And they charged less than the previous cleaners did. Their work is pristine. They also identified some things we were not aware is, such as a rotting fascia board, that we will ask them to fix. Will only use Alejo in the future!

Prompt. Thorough. And highly communicative. Will be using again.

I am watching Alex from Alejo Gutters. Install the gutters on my home. I was surprised to see he was all alone. He is doing a fantastic job. I am so pleased with the way of my house looks, and I am so pleased with the job that Alex has done and so quickly. He managed to beat the rain and left no mess at all. Amazing job, thank you, Alex, thank you Alejo Gutters.

Saw them in my neighborhood and made contact . They came the next day and quoted and completed gutter cleaning and drainage problem. Coming back to fix some wood rot. Great experience!!

This was my second experience with Alejo Gutters. I was pleased enough with the first job, that I called them about a separate problem moths later. I had already contracted with them to clean my gutters on an ongoing basis. They did not disappoint! Had facia board removed and replaced with PVC. When they removed it, it was obvious that the sub-facia had begun to rot as well. Although they did not encourage me to replace the sub-facia, which I appreciated, I decided to do so. They adjusted accordingly, replacing the sub-facia and the soffit. It raised the price of the total repair, which I hated, but they were completely fair and the finished job was excellent! They aren't necessarily the cheapest in town, but their prices are fair and competitive. The important thing is the quality of their work and their extremely high level of professionalism. You won't find many service companies out there as professional, across the board. Kudos to Kevin and Livio for a great job!

With projects on your home, especially one at the scale of this one that totaled over $30,000, you get multiple quotes. And I did. Alejo was well above the others, but they stayed true to their promise to work within that budget barring any surprising finds along the way. Danny, Abad, Elena, all their team were exceptional. Worth the extra money knowing that not only did they stick to the budget, but they cleaned up daily, were easy to talk with, told me when they were going to show up and any time there was a change in schedule, and when all was said and done, a project that I am very pleased with. Hard to say this when we are talking about gutters, trim board, and painting, but even these the aesthetic catches my eye in a great way. I cannot say enough about how well I feel about this project and the Alejo team. Highly recommend.

Great price, great service. Really liked Kevin a lot. Will have them back in the fall to clean out my gutters again!

Incredible customer service. Within a minute or two of requesting a quote on-line I had a callback from a friendly and professional member of the Alejo team. She had a tech out the same day who was equally friendly and professional. Everything was explained to me in a consise manner. I was given an estimate for the work and the job was done the next day on schedule and on budget. The guys that did the work were very professional and worked diligently to get the job done. During the visit I also requested some quotes for some future projects, and the quotes I was provided were very thorough and reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Alejo Gutters to anyone needing gutter or roof work done.

The service was great and easy I going to call them back up to do a service to wash the house

Cleaned debris off of the roof; cleaned gutters to ensure free-flow of water from the gutters; and cleaned up grounds under the gutters. Very thorough cleaning.Highly recommended.

Kevin did a great job explaining from the start of the job to the finish. They were great to work with. Timely and professional.

Kevin & Abad were here today. They were polite, professional and executed the job without delay. The post clean-up was excellent and matched their obvious commitment to a job well done. I expect to see them again in October. Thank you!!!

I worked with a young man named Kevin. He was incredibly respectful and they were quick to getting on the job. They also did an incredible job and were very informative on the process. I would definitely recommend this business.

Alejo did a great job cleaning the gutters on my house. I highly recommend them.

Fast and professional job! Our new go-to for gutter services.

Alex did a great job. Very professional and prompt. I'd highly recommend their service!

Great

Incredible work from the entire team and LLC. Your efficiency made a massive difference, I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Looking forward to doing business together in the future.

Excellent work done at fair price. Very professional outfit!!!!!

I’m so glad we called Alejo Gutters! We got an estimate on Monday and by Wednesday morning the job was done! I was impressed with how kind, professional, and honest everyone was. From start to finish, I had a great experience with Alejo Gutters and look forward calling them for our next repair.

Alejo Gutters came out in the morning, gave me an estimate and then came back in the afternoon to complete the job of cleaning my gutters! Very Happy with their work and professionalism.

Excellent work! Professional, courteous, and thorough! Called on a Friday for a consult and they were able to complete the work fully same day! Truly customer service focused! Will book again and recommend!

Quick and clean

Highly recommend for gutter cleaning and services. They quickly responded to our request and came out to give a quote and then completed the job the next day. The team did a fantastic job cleaning our gutters and left everything spotless after cleanup.

What a great experience! Danny and team were easy to work with. He gave me a detailed estimate and talked through all the details. They replaced a significant amount of water damaged wood on the fasica, sub-fasica, soffits, and dormers and installed new 6 inch gutters that look amazing (yes, gutters can look amazing). The crew worked hard over several days and always left the yard looking great after cleaning up at the end of each day. Highly recommend.

Very professional and all the work was done in a timely manner. They showed up at my house as planned. Will happily use there services again

Quality work and easy to work with. Definitely look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Responsive, professional, helpful and friendly. They made it very easy to do business.

I had Alejo clean out my gutters (which badly needed it) and they did a great job at a very reasonable price. When they were finished, they brought some roofing issues to my attention and worked with me to determine what would best serve me, at no point in the conversation did I feel like I was being pressured. All in all, a great experience!

Great team! Highly recommend!

Great people! Highly recommend

Very happy with Alejo Gutters! We have lots of trees in our yard and our gutters were pretty full. They also checked our down spouts and inground drainage and blew the deck and driveway clean. The gutters and yard looked fabulous! The price was right as well. Thank you Alejo Gutters!

They did work on my roof over the past two days. Very professional, efficient and very detailed of the work needed and being done. Explained everything needed and also showed me prior to doing the work, also fairly priced. I would definitely use this company again in the future. Great company to work with!!

These guys really helped me out of a bind. When a different company is canceled on me last minute Alejo Gutters was able to come out same day. Alex showed up when he said he would and got my gutters clean quickly and professionally. 10/10 Highly recommend anyone who needs gutters service!

Decent price. Great communication. Solid work and professional crew. Recommend for sure.

Timely and great quality workmanship. Everyone at this company is very professional.

I feel like I got an amazing deal for what I paid. The crew did great work fixing my roof and then sealing everything up so that I would stay leak free for the next few years. Abad and Dani never hesitate to come out and do free inspections and quotes for other work I need to get done to my house in the future. They provided multiple options and answered all my questions. Their crew showed up on time as well. I was not expecting it but they also blew off my entire roof, cleaned the gutters, and blew off my deck, porch and walkway when they were finished. Great service and quality work for a great price.

Work was exceptional and very fast. Would recommend to anyone needing their expert work.

Alego Gutters did a great job for me. Prices were reasonable and work was as described and very satisfactory. I would recommend this company for your roofing and gutter needs!

Did a good job on our gutter cleaning for a fair price.

Alejo gutters did a good job on our gutters. They cleaned up the yard very nicely afterwards.

These guys did an amazing job on my house. I thought I just needed gutter cleaning and some minor repair but they discovered and fixed more significant problems with my roof and soffit. They were wonderful at communicating with me, being on time and making great suggestions. This is a wonderful company to work with.

Alejo gutters just completed a project at my home, including installing gutter guards, installing front porch gutters, cleaning the chimney of vegetation growth and sealing its cracks—and replacing one full side of house siding. The team were all efficient, professional, timely, and congenial; their work, top-notch. At the completion of the project, Danny and Abad walked me through each phase of the project. I offer my unequivocal top-of-the-line recommendation; I will call on Alejo gutters in the future, if additional such work is needed.

Great work at a great price!

Thorough job completed on time.

They did an incredible job. Nice clean work. 10 minutes after a door visit the crew was working. I feel like I got an incredible deal for the amount of work done. This company is eager to do quality work. They’re my go to for no on for any type of service they do.

They work very professional

Did a great job cleaning out the gutters and getting the leaves off my roof. We will use them next year!! Thanks!!
